No. You can check out as a guest with your email address. With an account, every order you place appears in your dashboard, with its delivery status.

Card payments are handled by our payment provider in a secure form on our checkout page. We never see or store your card number.

Each checkout covers one product, in a quantity of up to 10. To order different products, check out once for each; orders placed on the same day are packed into as few boxes as we can.

Email us as soon as you can with your order details. If it has not been packed yet, we will change it or refund it in full.

We ship Monday to Wednesday, and parcels arrive 3 to 5 working days after they leave us. Your order shows as shipped in your dashboard as soon as it leaves the nursery.

Not yet. Live plants need plant health certificates to cross borders, so we only deliver within the 50 states and Washington, DC.

Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a full refund. See Shipping & returns for the details.

The snake plant and the ZZ plant. Both cope with low light and only need water every two to three weeks.

Some are and some are not. The spider plant and the calathea are considered non-toxic to cats and dogs; the monstera, philodendron, snake plant and ZZ plant are not. If you are unsure about a plant, ask us before you order.

Wait two to four weeks. Let the plant get used to its new light first, then move it into a pot one size larger if its roots fill the nursery pot.
